Accurate Forming produces sensor probe tubes, used to protect sensitive devices from harsh environments. The probes pictured here are used in automotive climate control applications. These parts measure 1.45” long, and have an inside diameter of 0.118”.

Accurate Forming excels in producing thin wall, deep drawn parts that are commonly used to produce temperature sensors. The probe components are typically brass or aluminum, with other more difficult to draw materials developed on a case by case basis.
