Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional paint, powder coating requires no solvent. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to adhere and flow. It is usually used to create a durable finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Accurate Forming uses an automated dual booth powder coating system that utilizes an automated chain on edge conveyor system. The part size capacity is 3” diameter by 6” high.
